AMEC Nanchang, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. China (AMEC, stock code: 688012), was registered in December 2017 in Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone. AMEC Nanchang’s registered capital was 25 million yuan, has got national high-tech enterprise certificate. Main products include MOCVD, which have been put into mass production in customer's production line with a dominant position in GaN LED MOCVD market.
In March 2018, AMEC Nanchang started product manufacturing and achieved large-scale production in September 2018. In 2018 and 2019, AMEC Nanchang achieved an average annual production capacity of 100 chambers and an average annual output value of 1 billion yuan. In 2019, the company was certified with ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO45000.
With a construction area of about 140,000 sqm, AMEC Nanchang R&D base project (project PHASE II) is now in construction with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan. The new manufacturing plant has been gradually put into operation since May 2022, and it can produce 200 MOCVD chambers annually.
